Sorry and yeah!

Sorry I haven't kept up with this. I've been so busy editing images from a ton of weddings. I promise to update soon!

On another note, I am going to the Dominican Republic for 7 days in May to shoot two beautiful brides' weddings...yeah! I'm so excited. My brides are so sweet, and I will definitely be posting the pics when I get back.

Candace's Bridals

The other day, I went to the Gaylord Texan Hotel to shoot Candace's bridals. She was glowing and looked so beautiful! I was hoping to take a lot more advantage of the surroundings at the hotel, but unfortunately (although I love it when I take the kids there), it was filled with toy trains and other Christmas decorations that really didn't lend themselves to a bridal. It was also filled with Cowboys/Packers fans, so we had to shoot around all that. Anyway, I think we got some good stuff. It would have been hard to take a bad picture of Candace.

Congrats to the Eagles!!!!!!!!

Ok, what can I say, I'm a proud mom. My son's football team (7 y.o.) came back from a losing season, squeaked into the playoffs, beat the undefeated team, beat Dion Sander's (spelling?) kid's team (yeah!) and is now in the championship this Saturday. I am so proud of them. No one saw it coming. Anyway, I won't be able to be there b/c I have to move and shoot a wedding, but I will be there in spirit. If anyone shoots for the FFL and is shooting this game, please let me know. I want to buy some pics. Oh, and if you watch Dion Sander's reality show (have no idea when that is), at least one of the games was filmed for it (probably not the second one where his team lost to us, just the first one where they kicked our butt).

GO EAGLES!!!

Cont. Elizabeth and Vincent

Still working on pictures from Elizabeth and Vincent's wedding, so I decided to add a few more. I will add more as I process them. The wedding was a very traditional Chinese wedding. Oh, and another great meal at this wedding...dim sum!! YUM!

Elizabeth and Vincent

Went to Houston week before last to photograph Elizabeth and Vincent's wedding which took place at the downtown Hyatt. Elizabeth looked beautiful, especially with the white stole she wore over her dress.

Michelle and Michael

Last weekend I flew to North Carolina to shoot the beautiful wedding of Michael and Michelle. I was really hoping for some fall colors, but apparently they hadn't hit yet. The wedding took place at a church on Carmel Rd and the reception at the Firethorne Country Club. The country club was beautiful! And, I might add, the bride and groom treated me very well. I usually eat chicken at the receptions, but they fed me prime rib...yum! As reluctant as Michelle seemed to be, and actually, Michael more so than Michelle, they did lie on the golf course for me for a few shots at sunset...thanks M & M!! Since I like to recreate myself every now and then, or should I say, my work, I decided to go for something a little different with the processing of these. Hope you like it.
